How does that boat go? So I'm never a great example of where the balance is and what the cut off is in everything because it's all one big puzzle to me. That was the real mad man era that your mom was in at Grey Advertising, right? And we sat down as organization with the players, with the owners, with the executives and just said like, "Oh, we're going to double down." And I really do think like so powerful and so great, because it really accelerated the chipping away of this systematic racism, if nothing else, brought it to the forefront and the top of discussion in mind. And I think we find it like it's a responsibility where we can set the example and we can innovate and then we can shout it from the mountaintops. That can only come from one or two people in the entire organization. He really taught me the lesson late in life is the real geniuses or the ones who can take these complex things and talk to me about them and I understand them. Peter Feigin: And I'm digging into the business, and I had no desire to run it or to move to Milwaukee. You talk about your operating board committee, youve got these Masters of the Universe, and really you start with the answer. He notes that with the Bucks also opening a G League team calledthe Wisconsin Herdthis past fall, there was internal debate about making the investment, but Edens was a notable force moving the decision forward. "Instantaneously, overnight, we have 30 million people playing NBA 2K around the world, probably more, so we begin a league and we have competition on a global basis. Thats just my view, Lasry said. Youre physically building an arena, a district, a template for success. I actually read a whole story, theres a whole article, Peter, about your ring. Whether youre building an arena, whether youre building infrastructure or a team, whether youre dealing with the same problems, it is really powerful to end up with, when you come up with conflict and problems or you need solutions, or you need smart brains to be able to pick up the phone with 5, 10 like-minded people who are dealing with the same stuff.
